Australian guests aboard the Coral Geographer successfully made their landing at the pristine shores of Palaui Island in Santa Ana, Cagayan, during the vessel\u2019s second day of cruising. Greeted with warm hospitality, the visitors were toured by community guides and members of the Palaui Island Environmental Protectors Association (PEPA), who shared the island\u2019s rich stories, diverse ecosystems, and award-winning conservation and ecotourism practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This successful cruise call was made possible through the close collaboration of the Department of Tourism Region 2, Travel People, Wallem Philippines, Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, Protected Area Management Board, Philippine Coast Guard and the Local Government Unit of Santa Ana. The coordinated effort demonstrates the region\u2019s strengthened push to position Cagayan as an emerging cruise and eco-adventure destination in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
