Among the festival’s major highlights is the iconic 16 Feet Diameter Giant Pancit Cabagan, a culinary presentation that continues to attract both local residents and visiting tourists.
Prepared in a large-scale serving, the Giant Pancit Cabagan features native miki noodles, fresh vegetables, pork, and quail eggs—ingredients that reflect the province’s rich agricultural resources.
