Champions of Creativity and Culture recognized at the 4th North Luzon Travel Expo
4th North Luzon Travel Expo (NLTEx) culminated in a festive awarding ceremony on October 5, 2025, at SM City Tuguegarao, honoring outstanding exhibitors and performers from across the country who showcased the best of Philippine creativity, culture, and tourism excellence.
With the theme “Heritage in Motion: Celebrating Champions of Culture and Tourism,” the awarding ceremony served as one of the highlights of the four-day expo, recognizing regions and provinces that excelled in booth design, cultural presentation, and marketing innovation.
The awards were conferred by the host region — the Department of Tourism (DOT) Region 2, led by Regional Director Troy Alexander G. Miano, in acknowledgment of the participants’ efforts to bring to life the diverse stories, heritage, and destinations that define Philippine tourism.

Each award recognized the exceptional creativity, collaboration, and craftsmanship of the participating regions and local government units, highlighting the shared goal of promoting sustainable, inclusive, and culturally rooted tourism experiences.
Jointly organized by the Department of Tourism Regions I, II, III, and the Cordillera Administrative Region, the North Luzon Travel Expo continues to serve as a vital platform for tourism collaboration, cultural exchange, and destination marketing, bringing together industry stakeholders from across the Philippines.#
