Region 2 Tourism Stakeholders Lauded at FBSE Summit 2025
The Department of Tourism (DOT) recently wrapped up the first ever Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Summit 2025, with the theme, “The Power of FBSE: Paving the Way for a Culture-Centered Nation” on July 21, 2025, at the Bellevue Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The FBSE Summit celebrated the dedication to top-notch service across the Philippines’ tourism industry.
A key highlight of the event was the Recognition Night which honored standout FBSE trainers and partner organizations from various sectors, including tourism enterprises, academe, and local government units (LGUs) nationwide.
Several prestigious awards in the region were given to acknowledge exceptional contributions in the program:
FBSE Government Partner Award: Conferred upon local government units that have successfully institutionalized the FBSE program within their communities.

FBSE Enterprise Award: Presented to tourism enterprises that have demonstrated a profound dedication to service excellence by training at least 90% of their workforce.

FBSE Academe Partner Award: Acknowledged educational institutions that have seamlessly integrated FBSE into their training programs.
