Led by the incumbent Regional Director, Troy Alexander Miano, the event gathered esteemed personalities, including former Regional Directors Virgilio Maguigad and Fanibeth Domingo. A poignant moment unfolded as Mr. Marlowe Santos, son of the first Regional Director Conchita Santos, graciously accepted the posthumous award bestowed upon his late mother, recognizing her enduring legacy and profound impact.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the retirement program for Supervising Tourism Operations Officer Imelda Garduque, who dedicated an impressive 40 years of service to the DOT-Regional Office 2.
