DOT Region 2 conducts online Tour Package and Delivery Seminar Workshop
The Department of Tourism, Region 2 conducts a four-day Tour Packaging and Delivery Workshop for the Province of Cagayan. The Online Webinar training workshop have as a Resource Speaker Ilagan native Professor Bienvenido Claravall.
Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat delivered a Welcome Remarks inspiring the 33 participants from the private sector and municipal tourism offices to prepare for the reopening of tourism activities in the Province of Cagayan.
In her online message, Secretary Puyat highlighted the tourism portfolios of the Province of Cagayan which are nature and culture -based and the ongoing development of “Amazing Sta. Ana” tourism circuit.
The Tour Packaging Workshop is a requirement of product development which is a process of ensuring the readiness of the destination before its promotion and marketing.
Department of Tourism, Region 2 has been actively advocating for seamless travel as it prepares the tourism destinations in Region 2 for its reopening in the greater normal.
