DOT CONGRATULATES NEWLY APPOINTED RDC2 CHAIR AND CO-CHAIR
The Department of Tourism, Cagayan Valley and Northern Philippine Islands Region congratulates the newly appointed Regional Development Council (RDC) Chair, Isabela Governor Rodolfo T. Albano III and Co-Chair Blessida G. Diwa, DPA.
The RDC2 Chair and Co-Chair took their oath in Malacanang on February 4 and February 6, 2020 respectively.
Both were unanimously nominated by the RDC2 members during the Full Council meeting held last September 2019. Governor Rodolfo T. Albano III is a former Congressman of Isabela while Co-Chair Blessida Diwa is the former Regional Director of the Department of Tourism, Region 02 for 17 years.
The RDC is the highest policy-making body in Cagayan Valley Region.
